Dear Schola,
I am happy to report that Paul, Lori, and the Delaware Choral Scholars arrived safely in Maribor, Slovenia on Thursday at 7:30 pm local time, 1:30 pm EST. After a smooth flight across the Atlantic, we embarked on a 9-hour bus ride through Germany and Austria before crossing into Slovenia. The choir slept well last night and is currently in their final rehearsal before our run out concert tonight and competition tomorrow!
The link for the livestream of the competition is in the comments below! This livestream comes from National Slovenian Television. The competition begins at 12:00 EST on Saturday, April 18, and DCS performs third. I’d expect they will be singing around 12:45 EST.
Hope you’re able to watch them in the livestream! Thanks for cheering us on from home!!
