Concert Choir

Concert Choir is UD’s non-auditioned ensemble at the University of Delaware. This SATB choir sings a diverse and exciting breadth of repertoire.

Concert Choir is a non-auditioned choral ensemble open to all university students dedicated to the performance of various vocal works, including but not limited to choral, popular music, multi-cultural works, and student-led arrangements and/or compositions. This ensemble is comprised of undergraduate and graduate students who represent a large number of degree programs both inside and outside of the School of Music.

Dr. Aimee Pearsall

Director

Dr. Aimee Pearsall is an Assistant Professor of Music Education, directs the 4th – 8th grade Community Music School Vocal Ensemble, and directs the University of Delaware Concert Choir. Her doctoral dissertation recently published is entitled, “A Multiple Case Study of Informal Learning Practices and Processes Within Three High School Choral Programs.”
