Hello Schola Cantorum,
I’m here to review details for tomorrow night.
LOCATION: Our dress rehearsal with Dr. Dilworth for Bent But Not Broken is in MITCHELL HALL (134 The Green, Newark) from 5:00-7:30 pm. Please make every effort to be on stage by or before 5:00 pm. I believe Jay will be there as early as 4:30 pm. If you know you will be late, use your best discretion when entering the stage, waiting for an appropriate time in the rehearsal to join the choir.
If you have not been to Mitchell Hall, you may find it easiest to park on Kent Way and walk over towards South College Avenue. Mitchell Hall is the building with the dome on the top, close to the pedestrian bridge that connects Smith Hall and Gore Hall. See the map below, or reach out to me (email@example.com) if you need directions.
ATTIRE: Wear regular clothing tomorrow night. Attire for the concert on Saturday is formal concert black. Your regular Schola Cantorum uniforms will be perfect, minus the gold bow ties. Wear a black tie if you have one, but do not feel the need to buy one.
CONCERT ORDER: I do not know the order in which Dr. Dilworth will rehearse the concert pieces tomorrow night, but it may be a good idea to put your folder in concert order. Here it is!
- “Clap Praise”
- “John 3:16”
- “Seeking Light”
- “Quiet Revolutionary”
- “In Time of Silver Rain”
- “When Storms Arise”
- “Didn’t It Rain”
Questions? Send them my way – firstname.lastname@example.org. See you tomorrow!
