ABOUT US

DELAWARE CHORAL SCHOLARS: Artistry. Excellence. Community.

DELAWARE CHORAL SCHOLARS represents the community of choral artistry that has grown out of a sustained tradition of musical excellence in ensemble singing at the University of Delaware. With several curricular choirs at its core, the values of artistry, excellence, and community also serve as the foundation for numerous other projects. These include the community-based Schola Cantorum and Symphonic Choir, extensive residential summer programs in Europe for singers and conductors, and most recently, international exchange programs that bring renowned conductors and composers to Delaware while providing opportunities for students, alumni, and friends to travel the globe to participate in cultural exchange programs and competitive events.
